ThreeRoots started and continues to be a self-love experience that will ultimately ​become a movement and spiritual evolution. In hopes of changing the world, I’m ​creating a unique, embodied and intentional experience by bringing awareness that will ​positively influence our current state of being. We will soon offer products, services, ​blogs, conversations and experiences that will aid in your self-love journey with the ​intention of fully experiencing all that is within you. During this lifetime and through ​purposeful living and experiences we get to choose to become one with peace, love and ​light. One positive thought, vibe and action at a time.

Natural and Holstic healing

I have a certification in Natural and Holistic Healing. Our self-love journey includes healthy alternatives which are crucial to mental health which in return supports an individual’s ability to be emotionally, physically and spiritually balanced.

I believe spiritual paths are far from destinations but, ultimately self-love journeys. I practice self-love daily and want to share resourceful tools to assist one beautiful being at a time.
